Please RECORD VIDEO when opening the package, so that we can assist you in solving problems.
Please report to HUNG PHUOC LOI CO., LTD within 7 days
- For products, follow the steps: VIDEO CLIP, unpacking process, counting process
- For products measured in kg: CLIP the unpacking process, wait for the scale to return to zero, and put the goods on the scale.
After confirmation:
- DEFECTIVE GOODS: HUNG PHUOC LOI COMPANY LIMITED supports shipping and exchanging products for FREE (1 for 1 exchange)
- LACK OF GOODS: HUNG PHUOC LOI COMPANY LIMITED supports shipping goods to compensate customers.
